You may draw the conclusion that this house is not exceedingly handicap-accessible, and you would be entirely correct!
That door leads into Óscar and Alicia's. The peaked roof that you can see just in front of the cloud is to their house. You have to do a bit of winding and climbing after you go through the front door to get to the part of the dwelling where they actually live.
