I was on kitchen duty Monday through Thursday leading up to the Special Meetings at El Cristal. That meant that Mom was also on kitchen duty. :-) Those of you who know me, know that I am by no means a cook. However, much to the relief of us all, Chef Brenda was on board, and we did not sink!
