We spent our penultimate day together in Ecuador with a group of workers in the home of David Lansdale reviewing the latest draft of the Spanish hymnbook. The task at hand was to sing through all the hymns not in our current hymnbook to make sure that they were all sing-able and contained no glaring errors. The girls were, once again, game for whatever was planned, and we appreciated their help with the project. It had been awhile since I had heard any kind of vocal harmony, and it actually brought tears to my eyes a few times throughout the day.
