A few thoughts from Seneca convention

  • Our enemy would like to drive a wedge in where he can, but a wedge doesn't work very well against something that's soft.
  • When you paint over the top of something, the problem that's underneath will eventually come through.  Restoration gets to the root of the problem.  Something that's been properly restored is beautiful.
  • Focusing on hardships could cause us to miss out on so much.
  • Children don't usually carry an ID, but they look like their parents.  They keep close to their parents.  We don't want to be known for who we are.  We want to resemble God and keep close to Him.
  • Settled people make good witnesses.
