After the Lago Agrio Special Meetings, we six workers headed back to Quito. Due to landslides in various locations, our route was lengthened somewhat dramatically. We left the terminal in Lago at 4:45 pm on Sunday and arrived at the terminal in Quito around 3:45 am on Monday. Eli and I took a taxi from there to our "Night" destination, arriving at 4:45. I was in bed by 5:00 and slept until around 9:30. Thanks to our gracious hostess for catering to our odd schedule!
