We haven't even gotten to the 'Oh look- there's a flower' stage yet. But the snow and ice and cold we have in abundance. Sigh. I can't remember a winter like it....
Yes, those were the first flowers I had seen. I was very excited! I don't know how the poor little things could have survived. The last couple of days have been warm (40's), so the snow is melting quite quickly. Maybe we'll give spring another go before too long.
