We have arrived!

Excuse the random order of the pictures.  With five photographers taking vast quantities of pictures and a computer that doesn't automatically sort the photos chronologically, I am presented with the question: Do I spend my time putting every picture in order or do I just get the blog done?  I'm going with the second option.  :-)

Inside the casa blanca:
This is the main living area on the upper level.  It is where the majority of the convention items are stored during the year and where the ladies sleep during the meetings.

The "upstairs" path leading from the casa blanca to the rest of the grounds

La casa blanca
The door that you see to the very right of the picture is a women's restroom.

The downstairs of the casa blanca is used for men's sleeping.

Lines for laundry
The sidewalk on the right in the back leads to the laundry room and to the departamento.

Getting ready for supper

Heading for the departamento with another load as (Mike) Tyson looks on
Yes, that really is his name!

One of the many pathways around these grounds

Laura: "How did a half-eaten granola bar get into my suitcase?"
Mom: "I wondered where I had put that!"
And thus begins a very interesting week.  :-)

Looking down on Sra. Ligia's house
The room on the bottom right with the lights on is the kitchen.  The prep dining room is the lit room through the door to the left of the kitchen.  Sra. Ligia lives in the part of the house that is above the dining room and farther left.  To the left of the dining room are two more bedrooms that are used as part of the hostel during the year and for sleeping quarters during the meetings.

Inside sister workers' cabaña #2 (downstairs)

Upstairs in cabaña #2
This was my little corner at Special Meeting time.

It's a bit of a "watch your head" situation in places!

Assessing the situation in the white house

Bamboo and other assorted greenness

Bed and chocolate... What more could a person ask for???

Peeking into the departamento

We've moved in!

A newly re-modeled bathroom awaits our use!

From the door of the departamento looking right (toward the laundry lines)

Looking left (the sidewalk that leads to nowhere)

White house is to your right
Are you finding your way around?

Tacos for supper!

We're back upstairs in cabin #2.

The stairs are a little steep!
