Leaving Camarón

Last Sunday, as we do every other week, Marsha and I had our two meetings in Catazacón in the morning and then headed for Camarón for the 5:00 fellowship meeting with our three friends there. We had a nice meeting together and then shrugged on our backpacks to make the trip back into Echeandía, where we would spend the night with some of our contacts.

Here is the school across the road from don Flavio's house.

And here comes our ranchera.  It's even a little bit early.  That's a definite bonus!

Until a little ways down the road, someone noted that our front left tire had very little air in it...
No big deal.  We just have to change it, that's all.  We have plenty of help - the driver and his helper, the one adult male passenger on the ranchera, the seventeen men who seemed to live in the two houses we were stopped in front of, numerous children, a few ladies who came out to take a look, Marsha and me and at least two dogs.  It really didn't take too long, and we had plenty to keep us entertained in the meantime.  Just chalk it up as another adventure!
