A few thoughts from Cajamarca Special Meeting
- Jn. 6 - The multitude didn't ask for bread, but Jesus saw the need.
- The smell of bread can awaken an appetite for bread.
- There's a price to be paid to have bread.
- If the little lad hadn't given what he had to Jesus, it would have remained just a little bit, but when he put it in Jesus' hands, it was greatly multiplied.
- The resurrection is so special to us because it gives us hope that death is not the end.
- The songs of David weren't because of the good that he had done, but because of God's mercy.
- God wants us to offer willingly.
- It's easy to forget things that we should remember and remember things that we should forget.
- God's not satisfied with promises only; He wants to see follow-through.
- There is no help if we are not honest.
- Seeing the prize helps us to get up when we have fallen.
- If Jesus is the source of our strength, we can do all things.
- Victory comes through prayer.
- God doesn't speak just for the sake of speaking; He speaks for the benefit of our souls.
- If God doesn't speak to us in a meeting, it's because we haven't prepared ourselves, because we're not in the Spirit.
- What God speaks to me is just for me.
- The good that we do does not cancel the wrong that we have done.
- God is faithful to show us how we need to change.
- If we start loving something else, it can take away our love for God.
- If we guard our first love, we will be able to continue unto the end.
- We want to be sensitive to the feelings of God's heart.
