The outside is green. The fruit inside is white and milky. It makes your lips stick together!

Many houses are built right out in the rice paddies and use these bamboo bridges to get from the road to home.
"If there is lunch," this sign boldly declares. I believe they mean to say, "Yes, there is lunch." As in, "Yes, we are serving lunch." The spelling and punctuation police are rather lenient down here.

I couldn't get a picture of this in time. The car behind us had a mattress on top. In lieu of ropes to tie it down, one hand held on to it from each of the four windows.
