It comes in a little pamphlet-like thing.
There are two stamps in the middle.
Surrounding them are twelve of the 464 WWII veterans who were recipients of the Medal of Honor for services rendered "above and beyond the call of duty" in that war.

The far side of the left page is enlarged below. The part that is not enlarged contains the names of all the men who received the Medal of Honor in WWII.
