Now we'll fast forward to where I left off before I went back in time to record the events of the first two weeks of July with my familial visitors. Got that???
We are jumping now from July 17 to August 27.
When it's just Ookyoung and me in the field, we typically spend Sunday nights with Jorge and Ligia. On this particular Sunday night (August 27), J & L's whole family was present. Their son and older daughter live in Ipiales with their families, but their younger daughter, Diana, married an Ecuadorian, and they live in Santo Domingo, Ecuador. It's always a lively time when the whole gang gets together! Here are a few photos to commemorate that energetic evening.
