Third Sunday in Peru

◦                Woke up at 4 something feeling cold, so covered up with my sheet. All better!

◦                Breakfast somewhere around 7:30

◦                Soap! Glorious soap! I washed my hands with soap for the first time in what feels like days!

◦                Two lovely meetings - 28 present, including the six workers

◦                Lunch prepared Sra Mathilde served on real plates with real silverware: chicken, rice, potatoes, carrot & cabbage salad with chicha morada to drink

◦                Grape cremoladas with Dicson and Elvia

◦                Supper around 7:00, tried to figure out how to put the new Spanish hymns on Édgar and Mathilde's phones afterwards with no success

◦                Bucket shower (even though there was running water - I figured a bucket would be faster than a trickle.) in the dark

◦                Got to bed later than I would have liked since we have to leave at 7:20 in the morning, but...
