On September 29, two wonderful ladies that I know turned 56 - my aunt Beth and my "other" mom, María Zambrano. I didn't get to celebrate with either one in person, but my thoughts were definitely with them on their shared special day.
This one was taken just a few years ago! :-)
And this one must have been last year after Las Mercedes convention.
