Quito bound

On Monday morning, we were all up bright and early to finish up the final things that must be done before we travel on.  As soon as breakfast was over, those of us who were to travel to Quito gathered our gear and made our way to the bus stop on the main road down the hill from the convention grounds.

With banana stores on both sides of the road!

This dog couldn't decide which side of the road he wanted to be on, so he kept crossing back and forth.  We were all hoping he wouldn't get hit while we were standing there watching.

And now it's seven hours or so of bus time...

We saw quite a number of alpacas, but this is the only picture we were able to get.
