Westland Special Meeting

• When ordered to bow down to the golden image set up by King Nebuchadnezzar, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego could have had the thought, "This is what a man in my position has to do.  God will understand."  There's great risk in thinking, "God will understand."  It might mean that salvation is not uppermost in our mind.
• If our purpose is to be undefiled, God will keep us.
• Jesus glorified God by bringing God's presence to the earth.
• God's way is perfect.  Adding something to perfection takes away the perfection.
• The peace of God becomes our most valuable possession, and we don't want part of anything that would threaten it.
