A couple of weeks ago, Parker informed me that applesauce was #1 on his list of "Foods To Be Avoided." I was convinced that he would enjoy my homemade applesauce and told him I would make him some. He was extremely enthused - after I told him I would change the name of it to Apple Delight. (Maybe extremely enthused is not the most accurate phrase to use, but he consented to try some anyway.) I didn't get a chance to do it until Thanksgiving weekend. The following is the series of photos taken on the momentous evening of reckoning.
