As we ate one of our many Thanksgiving weekend meals that included Mom's famous 9-layer jello salad, we realized that every server we attempted to use was imperfect in its own way. Because LiaBraatens were involved, the obvious solution was to create a completely new server. "Is there really a market for such a thing?" you ask. We'll create one. :-)
