A few thoughts from Brownstown convention

• There was perfect restraint in the life of Jesus.  We learn as much from what He didn't do as by what He did, from what He didn't say as by what He said.
• The Lord's provision for us to be fruitful is complete.
• Jesus saw beyond the need to the provision.
• When we're puffed up, we're an easy target for the enemy.
• Walking without joy makes the way hard.
• We'll never be able to begin, continue and finish unless we find rest in the will of God.
• If we don't get in touch with God, prayer is just a form.
• Keeping our focus on Jesus will keep a song in our heart.
